Harald Kehr Is A Native Of Dresden. After Completing High School, Training As A Mechanic For Mechanical Engineering And Completing Military Service, He Studied From 1970 To 1973 At The Technical School For Advertising And Design In Berlin-Schöneweide. He Then Worked In The Advertising Departments Of The Slr Camera Manufacturer Pentacon Dresden And The Microelectronics Supplier Elektromat Dresden.
